Simple and tasty - DIY Pizza

Ingredients

Flour - 600gr

 

Tomato sauce - 6 tablespoon

Semolina flour - 200gr

 

Salt - up to your taste

Warm water - 500ml

 

Pepper - up to your taste

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

 

Oregano - ½ teaspoon

 

ბაზილიკი - up to your taste

მარილი - 1 tablespoon

 

 

 

 

Olive oil - 4 tablespoon

 

 

 

 

Yeast - 18gr

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation:

 

The dough:

 

Add salt, sugar and yeast to warm water. Dissolve well. Add flour and semolina. Knead the dough, add oil and let it rest. The dough will increase in volume. Knead and divide into two or three parts, depending on the size of your baking dish.

 

Let the dough balls rest again for 10 minutes. Then give one of the balls a round shape. Let them rest for another 10 minutes. After that, the dough will be so soft, elastic and pleasant to handle that you won't want to let go of it.

 

The sauce:

 

Add salt and pepper to taste, ½ teaspoon of oregano to the tomato juice and mix well.

 

Preparation:

 

Make a pizza, spread the pizza sauce on the dough, add grated mozzarella and arrange the salami. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Then arrange the olives, add the desired seasoning, add the basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil.
