Turkey Fajitas & Guacamole

Fajita (or fajitas) is one of the most distinctive dishes of Mexican cuisine, which has many fans all over the world. Traditionally, it is a mixture of fried meat and vegetables. It is mainly made from beef, although you can also find many other variations of the dish - with chicken, turkey and even shrimp.

Ingredients used in the recipe:

 

Fajita

  • Pinar turkey fillet - 100g
  • Yellow bell pepper - 30g
  • Red bell pepper - 30g
  • Green bell pepper - 30g
  • Red onion - 40g
  • Garlic - 2pcs
  • Vinegar - 5ml
  • Lemon sauce - 10ml
  • Soybean seeds - 5g
  • Paprika - 5g
  • Sugar - 5g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 30ml
  • Oregano

 

Guacamole

  • Avocado - 1pc
  • Red bell pepper - 20g
  • Red onion - 20g
  • Lemon sauce - 20 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

 

Preparation method:

 

Fajita

  • Chop all ingredients lengthwise
  • Mix together: vinegar, lemon juice, sesame seeds, red pepper, paprika, sugar, salt, black pepper, oregano and olive oil
  • Chop the garlic very finely and mix
  • Pour olive oil on a hot pan and transfer the chopped turkey fillet
  • Add vegetables and fry well (make sure the turkey meat is cooked all the way through)

 

Guacamole

  • Chop the red pepper and red onion finely
  • Chop the avocado, remove the core, chop, mix with lemon juice and prepare the avocado puree
  • Mix the chopped red pepper, red onion, salt and pepper into the avocado puree
  • Enjoy
