Doganay

Doğanay is a Turkish food and beverage brand whose history is rooted in agricultural activities dating back to the 1960s. The company is particularly known for şalgam, the traditional fermented beverage originating from the Adana region and one of Doğanay's core product categories.

Since 1997, the company has operated its modern production facilities in Adana, Turkey. Doğanay's product range includes şalgam, lemonade, vinegars, pomegranate products, lemon juice, sauces, fermented pickle juice and other food products. Its portfolio includes packaging designed for both retail consumers and the HoReCa sector.

Today, Doğanay products are widely distributed throughout Turkey, while the company also reaches approximately 40 countries across international markets.
