Buhara

Buhara is a Turkish spice and food products brand established in Konya in 1987. Spices are at the core of the company's business, while its wider portfolio also includes teas, sauces, vinegars, oils, dried products and other food products.

Buhara's production processes include cleaning, grinding, blending, drying and packaging. According to the company, raw materials are tested by accredited laboratories before entering production, while its production processes are fully traceable. Production is carried out in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex, European Union requirements and FSSC 22000 standards.

Buhara began exporting its products in 2002 and today exports to more than 20 countries. In 2023, the company established Buhara GmbH in Cologne, Germany, through which it manages its sales and distribution activities across European markets.
